Diego Alvarado is a Film and Video Editor currently living in Chicago Illinois. He attended Columbia College Chicago where he received a Bachelor of the Arts degree with a concentration in Post-Production. Diego’s fascination with Post-Production stems from his need to create and spread the diverse emotions that he felt as a child. Emotions like joy and excitement that he emitted whenever the theme song of his favorite television show appeared. Or the surprise and fulfilling feeling he felt after watching a new film. Or laughter and amusement that he received whenever a funny commercial appeared. To accomplish his goals, Diego has learned a large array of skills in various aspects of post-production, which includes video editing, digital audio workstations, color correction, motion graphics and visual effects. But it’s this need to create content that impacted him as a child that keeps pushing him learn and perfect his craft. ​
